1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on eTrue-Custom ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & GEO Restrictions

The Site is intended for customers outside mainland China. We do not accept orders from, or ship to, mainland China. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make the purchase.

3. Custom Orders

• All products are custom-made based on the options and artwork you submit. Please review artwork, quantities and specifications carefully before checkout.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and tier pricing are displayed on each product page and apply per product.
• You are responsible for owning or having permission to use any artwork, logo or trademark you upload. You indemnify eTrue-Custom against any IP claims arising from your uploaded artwork.
• Colors may vary slightly from screen to finished product due to monitor calibration and material properties.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We accept Stripe and PayPal. Payment is required in full before production begins.

5. Production & Shipping

Lead times displayed on each product are estimates in business days and begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Shipping is via international carriers with tracking. eTrue-Custom is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds or address errors caused by the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because every order is custom-manufactured to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered. See our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, layout and code are the property of eTrue-Custom. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Site without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTrue-Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to eTrue-Custom's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with the updated date.
