eTrue-Custom ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your information when you visit our website or place an order.

  • Contact & account data: email address, name, password hash.
  • Shipping data: country, state, city, address, ZIP code, phone (if provided).
  • Order data: product selections, customization options, uploaded artwork files, order notes.
  • Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which tokenize and protect your data per PCI-DSS.
  • Usage data: IP address (used only for GEO compliance and abuse prevention), browser type, pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfill your custom orders, including production and shipping.
  • To communicate order status, shipping updates and customer support.
  • To prevent fraud and enforce our GEO restrictions (we do not ship to mainland China).
  • To improve our products, website and SEO performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (order fulfillment); (b) consent (marketing emails, if you opt in); (c) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security); (d) legal obligation (tax and customs records).

We share your data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction handling.
  • Shipping carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) for delivery.

We never sell your personal data. We never share your uploaded artwork with any party not directly involved in producing your order.

We retain order records, uploaded artwork and related data for the period required to fulfill the order and comply with tax/customs regulations (typically 5–7 years). Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
